Post-Call Law Course

The Post-Call Law Course is administered by the Ghana School of Law, a directorate of the Council established under section 77 of Act 1170. It serves lawyers admitted to practise in a country with a system of law analogous to Ghana's, under a reciprocal arrangement, who seek admission to practise in Ghana. Successful completion, together with a pass in the National Bar Examination, allows the Council to recommend a person for enrolment on the Roll of Lawyers.

Entry requirements

A qualification to practise law in a country with a system of law analogous to Ghana's, under a reciprocal arrangement, and satisfaction of the educational assessments required for admission to practise in that country (Act 1170, s.74(2)).
