Public notice
Publication of the accreditation register: initial institutions

Section 31 of the Legal Education Act, 2026 (Act 1170) requires the Council to publish the name of a licensee in the Gazette, in at least one daily newspaper of nationwide circulation, and on the website of the Council, within fourteen days after issuing an accreditation licence.
The public register of accredited institutions is maintained on this website. It lists every institution known to the Council together with its current licence status. Institutions that have not yet applied for a licence under the Act are shown as such.
The register is the authoritative public record of accreditation status. It is drawn from the Council's accreditation system and shows when it was last updated.
