Section 88 requires the Minister, within twelve months of the Act coming into force and on the advice of the Council, to make Regulations by legislative instrument. They will cover courses and examinations, disciplinary rules, rules governing the National Bar Examination, fees, terms and conditions of service of staff, and forms for applications. Not yet made.
